Privacy Policy

I'm Learning (also known as Ik Leer) is made by Xeropex. This app is designed for young children, so we keep it simple and safe: we do not collect personal information, we show no advertising, and we never track your child. This policy explains exactly what the app does and does not do.

No personal information

The app works without any account, sign in, name, email address or profile. We do not ask for, collect or store personal information about you or your child.

No advertising, no tracking

There is no third-party advertising in the app. We do not build profiles, we do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not include analytics that follow your child across apps or websites.

Information kept on the device

Your child's progress (the words they discover and the stickers they collect) and your settings (language, theme and the screen-time timer) are stored only on the device. This information stays on the device and is not sent to us.

Crash reports

To find and fix problems, the app uses Firebase Crashlytics, a service from Google. When the app crashes it sends an anonymous diagnostic report that may include the device model, the operating system version, the time of the crash, technical crash details and an anonymous app instance identifier. These reports contain no personal information and are never used for advertising or tracking. You can read how Google handles this data in the Firebase privacy information.

Purchases

The app is free to use. There is one optional purchase that unlocks all categories. Payments are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see or store your payment details. We use RevenueCat to confirm whether the unlock is active. Every purchase is protected by a parental gate, so a grown-up has to confirm it.

For parents and children

This is a Made for Kids app. Purchases and any links that leave the app sit behind a parental gate, and a grown-up can set a per session screen-time timer. Because we collect no personal information, the app complies with children's privacy rules such as COPPA and GDPR-K. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

• RevenueCat, to manage the optional unlock purchase.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the app works, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the app means you accept the current policy.
